These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FG WhatsApp Automation System (“Service”), operated by Fitness With Gomzi / FG Group (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By accessing, registering, or using our Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
Our Service provides an automated communication platform built using Meta’s WhatsApp API to send transactional, OTP, informational, and marketing messages to registered fitness users. The Service is designed to improve communication, user engagement, authentication, and service delivery in a compliant and secure manner.
You must be at least 18 years of age or have valid legal consent to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that all WhatsApp communications sent through our platform are delivered only to users who have explicitly opted in to receive messages from us.
The Service may send the following types of messages:
No unsolicited, misleading, or prohibited content is sent through our system
You agree not to use the Service for spam, fraudulent activities, misleading promotions, illegal content, or any activity that violates Meta’s policies or applicable laws. Any misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without notice.
We collect and process personal data solely for providing and improving the Service. This includes phone numbers, message delivery data, and usage logs. We do not sell, rent, or misuse personal data. All data handling complies with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data and communication records. OTP messages are encrypted and used only for authentication purposes. While we strive for maximum security, no digital platform can guarantee absolute protection.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time to comply with Meta policy updates, legal requirements, or operational needs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse WhatsApp messaging, or breach Meta policies. Upon termination, all rights to use the Service will immediately cease.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitness With Gomzi / FG Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including message delivery delays or platform interruptions.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Gujarat.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect policy, legal, or service changes. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
